About REEF
Founded in 2001, Reef Bakery set out to bring back the bread our grandparents ate: simple grains, natural yeast and nothing added.
Who we are
REEF healthy bread is made by Reef Bakery. We were the first to make high-quality, nutritious bread with no preservatives, no fat, no added sugar and no artificial colours, and we still make it the same way.
How we grew
Our journey began in Jordan. We expanded to the United Arab Emirates, then to Egypt, and today we have reached Saudi Arabia.
Freshness
We do not bake bread in large quantities. We bake calculated daily quantities, so the bread on the shelf is always fresh.
Shape
From the square shape of the loaf to the holes that spread heat evenly, to its thin profile that bakes faster, every detail of the loaf has a reason.
Quality
We hold every production step to high standards, so the bread is both healthy and good to eat.
